“Ukrpol” launches a new stage of digital transformation to increase production efficiency

We, at the Ukrpol Printing company, have initiated the second stage of our business digital transformation based on the ERP platform of the Ukrainian developer IT-Enterprise. Our strategic goal is to increase production capacity utilization efficiency by up to 30% and optimize inventory levels by up to 25%.

Within the project, we are implementing a complete replacement of existing IT solutions, conducting an audit and transformation of key business processes, automating operations, introducing robotics in production areas, integrating digital systems with equipment, and transitioning to electronic document management.

We expect that the implementation of a unified management and analytics framework will ensure full business transparency and enable us to move to a data-driven management model in real time. This will allow us to promptly control production processes, logistics, and costs, as well as make strategic decisions more quickly.

We are confident that the implemented digital transformation model will become the foundation for further scaling of modern approaches both within the company and across the industry.

Before the full-scale invasion, we processed over 900 tons of cardboard monthly to produce packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and consumer goods industries in Ukraine and Europe. After 2022, volumes decreased to approximately 700 tons per month. Thanks to digital modernization and the implementation of modern solutions, we plan to recover the lost 20% of production volumes.
