On Monday, 12 December, a remarkable event took place at the head office of Ukrpol Publishing House LLC (2-A Promyslova St., Stryi).
The Intellect of the Nation Charitable Foundation, represented by its chairman, Iryna Karpinska, and Ukrpol Publishing House LLC, represented by its general director, Serhiy Kovalchuk, signed a memorandum of cooperation. Ukrpol, a printing company known far beyond the borders of Ukraine, joined the initiative of the Intellect of the Nation charitable foundation in cooperation with Franklin Covey Education Ukraine and provided an opportunity for children of military personnel, IDPs, and orphans to take the Leader in Me educational course free of charge. Aware of the situation, Ukrpol Publishing House LLC and the Intellect of the Nation Charitable Foundation recognise the need to provide timely assistance in stabilising the psychological state of children and their adaptation to life in new conditions and circumstances through the implementation and support of the Leader in Me educational programme, which will provide children with tools to meet their psychosocial and emotional needs, as well as to build resilience, which will be crucial for quick and long-term recovery.
This course is aimed at building resilience in children, which allows them to effectively deal with the stresses that this generation has experienced. It is a tool that helps to shift the child's focus to the positive, to become a leader over themselves and their habits.
Ukrpol Publishing House LLC is already changing the future for the better with its proactive position. Because our future belongs to children, whose task will be to develop the Ukraine we saved for them! Today's military reality requires solutions to provide comprehensive assistance to Ukrainian children in overcoming post-traumatic stress disorder and negative childhood experiences, as well as in building resilience and positive mental health.
After signing the memorandum, Iryna Karpinska, Head of the Intellect of the Nation Charitable Foundation, presented a letter of gratitude to Serhiy Kovalchuk, CEO of Ukrpol Publishing House LLC, for his charitable contribution to the needs of the defenders who are fighting for our freedom! In difficult times, everyone's help is important - together we help to save the lives of soldiers and increase the effectiveness of their fight against the enemy.
As long as we are friendly and united, Ukraine is invincible!
