An important event for Ukrainian defenders - war veterans and those released from captivity - took place in an extremely warm and friendly atmosphere. The initiative was organized by the Lviv Warrior's Home in cooperation with the Stryi Warrior's Home. The main goal was to rehabilitate, communicate and relieve the participants of psychological stress.
One of the main elements of the retreat was kayaking, which combined active recreation, teamwork and the opportunity to be alone with nature. After the water part of the event, the participants had the opportunity to communicate in a relaxed, trusting atmosphere - to share their thoughts, experiences, and support each other.
Our team, Ukrpol Printing Company, also joined the organization. We provided transportation for the defenders to make this event accessible to everyone who needs it. For us, this is a small but important contribution to supporting those who have gone through war, captivity, the frontline and losses.
We believe that supporting veterans is not a one-time event, but a constant duty of society.
